If you want to strap booster rockets on to your real estate investing education, why not join one of our FREE subgroups!
What is a subgroup? It is a group of local real estate investors who get together on a regular basis to discuss real estate investing. We believe the best education happens when two or more investors meet face-to-face to discuss and share new ideas.
What does it cost to join a subgroup? This is the best part, IT’S FREE!
How do you join a subgroup? Call up the subgroup leader and say, “Hey, I would like to attend your next subgroup meeting.” That’s about it.
Do you have to be a member of North Georgia REIA to attend a subgroup meeting? Nope.
Can I start my own subgroup? Yes you can. If you want us to help you get the word out, we will. If you want to keep your sub-group private, that’s fine too. Bottom line, you set the rules, not us.
Does a subgroup need an overall theme? That’s up to you. Some subgroups are location driven: Acworth Subgroup, Cherokee Subgroup. Some subgroups are topic driven: Multi-family Subgroup, Landlord Subgroup, Foreclosure Subgroup, Women Only Subgroup, and Lease/Option Subgroup.
Who do I contact to start a subgroup: Just shoot me an email: Bill@REIoutpost.com. I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction.
